Celebration Park Vandelism:
The ceiling fan at the gazebo was broken in to multiple pieces. The tether ball put up on Friday was stolen.
A police report has been filed with an estimated cost around $300.

Harpers Mill Vandalism:
The building phase has begun in Harpers Mill and has immediately come under a rash of vandelism. Please report any suspicious activity and help monitoring our joint neighborhoods.

A police investigation is pending. Since starting the first house in Harpers Mill at the end of Pullman Lane in January 2008, the builders have incurred over $10,000 in damage and stolen property.

The home has several expensive picture windows that were shot out with a bb-gun and had a van load of tile stolen ($3500 worth).

• 10 Jan 08. Bench at Celebration Park Gazebo broken - $30.00.
• 31 Jan 08. Bench at Celebration Park Gazebo broken - $120.00.
• 12 Feb 08. Tables & chairs thrown at Celebration Park deck - up to $600.00.
• 25 Feb 08. HPWC event sign broken - $180.00.
• 25 Feb 08. Picnic table destroyed at Celebration Park - $200.00.
• 25 Feb 08. Graffiti on path at Celebration Park - $20.00.
• 27 Feb 08. Permanent marker on deck in Gazebo at Festival Park - $TBD.

Hampton Park Hazards & Crimes:
• 3 March 08. Fireworks display in Jubilee Park. This is a fire hazard to homes and woodlands. Fireworks are illegal in Chesterfield County (sale, possession or use).
• Homeowners cars broken into & items stolen.
• Beer bottles broken on Celebration Park skating rink and in parking lot.
• Beer Bottles at basketball court at Festival Park.
